Outbound Sales Advisor

Main duties and responsibilities:
- To develop a strong rapport with non existing customers with the aim to change supplier.
To have good product knowledge, so staying up to date with the market and our client, to ensure an accurate and clear delivery of all sales.
To be proactive in helping with any extra enquires in regards to our inbound/sales and customer service team.
To be a strong team player and drive your team to success.
To take accountability for the delivery of your sales and individual targets.
Experience we’re looking for:
- Outbound sales experience - B2C/B2B
- Passionate about the energy market and competitors.
- A proven sales record
- Excellent written, verbal and communication
- Customer focused and highly motivated to problem solve

Over view of role and duties:
- As a sales advisor for EC Outsourcing, you will deal with both outbound and inbound sales calls. For the first 4 weeks of employment during your grad bay, you will mainly focus on inbound and this is to encourage support and develop your skills, in order to build a strong product knowledge base. This will involve securing customers accounts and discussing fixed contracts to secure their energy for longer periods of time.
Your main duties thereafter are to contact non existing customers, with the aim to change their current supplier. You will be expected to work towards a daily sales target and take accountability for the delivery of your sales.
