At every step, you’ll strive to provide a service that is fair, transparent, and accurate. Working alongside a small well-established team.

You will need to demonstrate:

- Excellent standard of oral and written communication
- A good understanding of residential leasehold and shared ownership and mixed tenure estates and block.
- Experience of providing high levels of customer service and meeting a wide range of customer expectations
- A good understanding of variable service charge provisions and practices
- Experience of managing a large and varied workload meeting performance targets.

Oxford City Council is an amazing place to work. With over 700 staff dedicated to delivering the best service possible to our communities this is an exciting time to be working in Local Government. We focus on improving outcomes for local people and you might be surprised at the range and quality of the services we provide.

From people from all backgrounds and aim to have a workforce that, at all levels, represents the communities we serve. We champion equality, diversity, inclusion, and wellbeing and aim to create a workplace where everyone feels valued, has a sense of belonging and is empowered to be their best.

As a progressive thinking Council, we are participating in the pilot inspection, whilst moving through a service transformation. We appreciate that people work in different ways, therefore our staff benefit from working a range of flexible working patterns.

We offer a fantastic range of staff benefits that include generous holiday (from 28 days a year plus bank holidays), local government pension scheme, subsidised leisure membership, discounted travel and flexible working in many roles.
