**The role**

We are currently recruiting for a Day Care Team Leader to join our team - working at 42 hours per week at the rate of £13.96 per hour / £30,574.82 per annum.

**Who are we?**

Hatton Grange in Hyde, Manchester is home to well trained and helpful staff with rooms for up to 70 residents. At Anchor, we pride ourselves in providing 24-hour care and specialised services for elderly people, the beauty of our grounds, the quality of our catering and our engaging activities we deliver.

**What does it mean to be a Care Team Leader?**
- Managing / Supporting your Care team - through rotas, compliance, and performance reviews.
- Ensuring resident safety through medication, incident reports / escalations, Anchor compliance and CQC fundamental standards.
- Working closely with the Management Team to ensure a smooth running of the home.

- Level 3 in Health & Social Care or working towards.
