We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Care Team Leader to join our team at Kids Planet Wythenshawe. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated individual to take on a leadership role in our nursery and contribute to the delivery of high-quality childcare services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of childcare professionals, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional care and education to children. They will also be expected to work closely with other members of the management team to develop and implement strategies that improve the overall quality of our services.

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description: As a Care Team Leader, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of childcare professionals to ensure that they deliver high-quality care and education to children.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve the overall quality of our services.
  • Working closely with other members of the management team to achieve our goals and objectives.
  • Ensuring that all staff members receive the necessary training and support to perform their roles effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A degree in Early Years or a related field.
  • At least 3 years' experience in a leadership role in a childcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire a team of professionals.
