We are now continuing in our next phase of growth and are currently looking for the role of Quality Goods-in Inspector at our Goole site.

Job Summary:
The responsible of the Quality Goods-in Inspector is to inspect completed products, Quality Assurance of components and investigations into faults & Failures while Maintaining the Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental aspects of the business, and driving Improvements to the whole business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Inspection of Incoming stock, checking for compliance to specification.
- Document control of Specifications, Control plans and drawings.
- Adhering maintaining company policies
- Raising Non-Conformance Reports (NCR’s) and Engineering Change Requests (ECR’s). where issues have occurred.
- Investigations into NCR’s determine Corrective action.
- Data collection and updating spreadsheets.
- Working with Production to reduce faults, create reports on a regular basis.
- Preform final inspections on products and Maintain Build quality to the required standards.
- Promote a culture of involvement, teamwork and continuous improvement.
- Support QHSE change initiatives and improvements in the Value Stream.
- Ensure QHSE programs and Initiatives are maintained within the business.

Preferred Knowledge of:

- Health, Safety, Quality and Environment Procedures within a Manufacturing environment
- Microsoft word, Excel (or equivalent packages)
- Experience and understanding of manufactured mechanically engineered components.

The hours for this role are 7.00 am to 5.00 pm Monday to Thursday
