We are now continuing in our next phase of growth and are currently looking for the role of Quality Goods-in Inspector at our Goole site.

Job Summary:


The responsible of the Quality Goods-in Inspector is to inspect completed products, Quality Assurance of components and investigations into faults & Failures while Maintaining the Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental aspects of the business, and driving Improvements to the whole business.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspection of Incoming stock, checking for compliance to specification.
  • Document control of Specifications, Control plans and drawings.
  • Adhering maintaining company policies
  • Raising Non-Conformance Reports (NCR's) and Engineering Change Requests (ECR's). where issues have occurred.
  • Investigations into NCR's determine Corrective action.
  • Data collection and updating spreadsheets.
  • Working with Production to reduce faults, create reports on a regular basis.
  • Preform final inspections on products and Maintain Build quality to the required standards.
  • Promote a culture of involvement, teamwork and continuous improvement.
  • Support QHSE change initiatives and improvements in the Value Stream.
  • Ensure QHSE programs and Initiatives are maintained within the business.

Preferred Knowledge of:

  • Health, Safety, Quality and Environment Procedures within a Manufacturing environment
  • Microsoft word, Excel (or equivalent packages)
  • Experience and understanding of manufactured mechanically engineered components.
The hours for this role are 7.00 am to 5.00 pm Monday to Thursday
