**THE ROLE**

Cenergist are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to work within our Energy team. The role supports acquisition of new business, primarily focussed on tender stage activity but also involved design, programming, and project delivery. An important role in the successful award of new contract and delivery of existing ones in the UK Residential and Commercial energy efficiency sector.

You will need to be very organised with the ability to multi-task, client focused, have good written and verbal communication skills, a can-do attitude, and a desire to succeed. The position is office based in Leeds or Washington, but travel may be involved from time to time.

This position is a fixed term position for 3 months.

**MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Administrate team-wide tender activity includes sourcing opportunities, managing client correspondence, ownership of all submissions.
- Coordination and attendance of various site surveys for the purpose of proposal development, tendering, condition reports or feasibility.
- Management of mobilisation/pre-start activity elements including external consultant partners, planning process management, M&E design and gas connection process
- Support both Energy Infrastructure and Operations teams by creation and development of project programmes (MS Project: Gantt Charts, timelines & milestones etc).
- Clerk of works and contract administration activity including client and contractor progress meetings, producing snagging lists, monitoring spends and weekly client progress reports.
- Use of various software’s including Hysopt, AutoCAD & Revit to support engineering proposals
- Any other tasks which the Head of Engineering / Director Energy Infrastructure requires support with.

**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**
- Education and Experience
- Strong grasp of M&E engineering
- Microsoft office software including MS Projects required
- Background in Construction
- Ability to manage and deliver multiple projects/streams of work
- Ability to analyse information and data including strong numerical skills
- Autodesk product suite knowledge preferrable

**OUR ENERGY TEAM**

Our Energy Team has three sub-divisions:

- Domestic - Providing complex district heating solutions to large estates of housing owned by Local Authorities, Housing Associations, and property developers.
- Commercial - Providing predominantly low carbon heat solutions to municipal buildings and the NHS
- Low Carbon Services - Providing turnkey renewable heating solutions to home owners and small businesses with associated services such as geotechnical drilling and underfloor heating design and installation.

Since 2012 we have fitted 90 energy centres, > 100 high-capacity heat pumps, >1500 ground source heat pumps and completed over 10,000 domestic heating and hot water installations.

Through our expert engineering design, and our technology agnostic approach, we deliver bespoke decarbonisation solutions that reduce both carbon emissions and energy bills for our clients.
