**Your Role: Planner/Scheduler**

To operate effectively in a delivery focused and often fast-paced environment, working within the planning department to create an effective schedule for execution by the teams on all jobs, using information gained from the client and the department managers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Craft an efficient schedule for the execution by the teams on all jobs
- Access employee hours spent on projects and create reports on efficiency
- Work with staff from different departments to collaborate and main coordination
- Assisting in implementing maintenance planning and scheduling processes and developing process improvements
- Keep accurate metrics on the performance of planning and scheduling functions and provide timely
- Provide input to management and suggest improvements for efficiency
- Develop a daily schedule to secure adequate resources to complete all jobs
- Ensure all works orders and maintenance log items are closed when work is finished

interact with a variety of partners
- Ability to maintain professionalism at all times under stressful situations
- Demonstrated customer focus with an ability to resolve complex issues with an eye for detail
- Ability to understand the importance of priority of work tasks and the willingness to perform all assigned tasks within their ability
- Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to create sketches
- Attention to detail
- Confidence in using computer packages and familiarity with planning tools
- The ability to work under pressure to deadlines I.T literate particularly Microsoft Office and

Excel.
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
- Team player, but also comfortable working alone.
- Understands the need for respect, sensitivity and discretion in a public facing role.
- Some flexibility of working hours may be required.
- Self-Motivated, enthusiastic and calm under pressure.
