An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Paediatric Diabetes team.

The role is a 12m secondment based at Hull Royal.

This would suit a self motivated individual that can work as part of a larger team including admin and clinical.

Good organisational skills and multi tasking is a must.

The post holder will be required to perform a wide range of administrative procedures for the Paediatric Diabetic Service. They will deliver an effective and competent level of administrative support and will consistently provide a pro-active and forward thinking
administrative service.

Key tasks involved in the role include completion of the National
Paediatric Diabetes Audit, supporting the delivery of Best Practice Tariff, completion of the ACDC Freestyle Libre Audit, analysis of activity including HbA1c and a number of audits required to support the delivery and performance of the service.

Duties will also include updating and maintaining electronic diaries, preparation, arranging meetings and supporting the Network work streams.

The post holder will be computer literate, and competent with all
Microsoft packages.

Working closely with the Team Leader you will provide admin support to the Clinical Nurse Specialists

Inputting data and data quality

Taking calls and feeding information back to the clinical team
