We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Commercial Administrator to join our growing team based out of our Levenshulme Depot. The purpose of the role is to provide administrative support to a busy Commercial team.

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Preparation and uploading of supporting documentation. i.e., Photographs & invoices to client’s corporate system (NAMS)
- Inputting Payment Applications into the client’s corporate system.
- General filing and folder management.
- Preparation of issues log for submission to client.
- Checking issues log for resolutions
- Downloading and issuing weekly reports from client’s corporate system
- Learn to value works to an ability where cover can be provided during team’s annual leave.
- Fault log reconciliation
- General assistance to the Commercial Team.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft office.
- Excellent verbal and communication skills.
