The role of **Service Business Support Manager**, you will lead, inspire and engage a Service Support Team to deliver industry leading Service to customers to ensure all Company and performance objectives are achieved; in addition to:

- Support all Service Sales and P&L for the Customer Service functions together with other colleagues.
- Provide short and long term forecast for P&L's you are responsible for.
- Provide monthly reports for the Service function to the management team.
- Support sales development towards setting targets including parts, contracts and maintenance.
- Cooperate with central services where applicable.
- Assess and adjust profitability of maintenance contracts and continually improve.
- Develop a standard way of working for more efficiency.
- Drive abilities for innovative business solutions, targeting the life cycle of the customer.
- Deploy a proactive safety culture of zero incidents.
- Provide support to Technical Support Manager and functions.
- Actively participate in the budget and strategic planning of the business unit.
- Actively participate in the transformation from product
- to service culture.
- Develop and optimise service operations on both field and workshop.

- At least 10 years of relevant business/ service operational experience.
- Proven track record in a leadership position.
- Creative business mind with strong communication and analytical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in an international business environment in a matrix organisation.
- Driving Licence.
- Strategic capacity.
- Process oriented.
