*Role: IT Support Technician*

*Salary: £25,000 - £31,0000 (Dependant on experience)*

*Working hours: Monday - Friday (Full Time)*

*Contract: Permanent*

*Location: Oxford*

*Main Duties for IT Support Technician: *
- *Ensure that Customer Service and communication with customers takes priority.*
- *Troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving issues relating to computer systems and networks.*
- *Setting up and configuring new equipment and systems.*
- *Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.*
- *Managing, prioritising and multi-tasking many issues at the same time.*
- *Setting up new user accounts, profiles and equipment.*
- *To ensure that all systems are configured as per company standards.*
- *To ensure that all user, network and other associated documentation is accurate.*
- *To accurately record all support issues and the steps taken to resolution.*
- *To maintain the highest possible standards of telephone techniques and personal presentation.*
- *To attend training courses and sessions when required.*
- *To comply with all legal requirements in respect of health, safety and welfare of all members and customers.*

*Requirements of the IT Support Technician: *
- *Customer service experience essential, especially via telephone / remote.*
- *IT Troubleshooting experience also desirable but not essential.*

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£31,000.00 per year
