IT Technician

**IT Ops Support | Windows and Mac | CleanTech Energy Trading**

We are working with an exciting and forward-thinking scale-up who have created a state-of-the-art optimisation and trading platform helping drive the transition to renewable energies. Our client is a company of 45 people in total with a 10-person tech team.You will be the first technician / support engineer. They have ambitious growth plans and are looking for an intelligent and motivated person to join and help with their mission to positively impact the planet.

The IT Technician will be supporting Global teams with local IT support, acting as the first port of call for a range of IT issues. This role would be responsible for the procurement, management and configuration of IT hardware and enterprise software packages.

This is a hybrid remote role, with an IT Technician required to go into the client's Oxford office occasionally. Parking is provided or the office is a 10-minute walk from the train station.

**Requirements include**:

- Minimum 3 years working experience working in a generalist IT support Troubleshooting a range of IT issues
- Expertise in Windows and Apple devices
- G Suite, Microsoft 365, Atlassian / Jira, Slack, and VPN packages.
