Sales Administrator

Peterborough, United Kingdom Lawrence David Ltd. Full time

General office duties including filing and ordering stationary.
- Answering the telephone and assisting with on site visitors.
- Update & maintain the quote log and add them to the system.
- Salesmen itineraries.
- Finding old specs/templates (customer history).
- Dating & scanning PDI sheets.
- Install sheets.
- Add/amend/cancel orders on the system.
- Raise and amend internal A/O’s.
- Split orders in unity (LDAO builder) and AX
- Raise invoices on completed jobs and Keep invoice customer information up to date.
- Deposit invoices.
- Update contract sheets with completions, AX numbers and collections daily.
- Inform colleague when trailers have been paid for are ok for release.
- Liaise with delivery companies for prices & book deliveries.
- Update contract sheets with payments and completion dates.
- Send weekly order intake information.
- Creating monthly sales reports.
- Inputting time sheets onto AX.

**Essential Qualifications and Skills**:

- Previously used AX system
- Experienced in a similar role
- Team Player
- Good IT skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
