ADMINISTRATOR - TENANCY ENFORCEMENT - REMOTE WORKING - MONDAY-FRIDAY, 8-4/9-5 - OVERTIME AVAILABLE - 6M FTC
**Your new company**
You will be working for an award-winning organisation with more than 250,000 homes across the UK, which operate over 100 leisure facilities. **Your new role
**The tenancy enforcement team undertake investigations into breaches of tenancy/lease conditions, nuisance and antisocial behaviour, taking early intervention and/or enforcement action where necessary to ensure tenancy/lease conditions are compliedwith.
You will be compiling information/data from the in-house systems to help build a legal pack to pass onto the manager.
**What you'll need to succeed**:
- High level of data inputting/keyboard skills
- Experience of Microsoft word and excel packages
- Works to the equivalent level of NVQ Business Administration level 3
- Professional attitude
- Work in accordance with data protection requirements.
- Ability to manage electronic filing/storage systems
- Experienced in operating in a customer focused organisation
- Experience of working within a legal environment is desirable.
- An interest in legal matters and housing management issues.
- Experience of legal secretarial work is desirable
**What you'll get in return**
In return, you will be working on a 6 month FTC - there is potential for this to be extended or made permanent depending on performance and business needs. This is a remote working role, Monday-Friday 8-4 or 9-5.
Full training is given, and you will embark on a training course to give you the best opportunity possible to succeed.
