People & Culture Advisor (HR)

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled People & Culture Advisor to join our People & Culture department and contribute to our success.
**Position Overview**: As an People & Culture Advisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting the P&C function and providing guidance on various employee-related matters. Reporting to the P&C Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality P&C services to our employees, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and fostering a positive employee experience.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide professional P&C advice and support to employees and managers on a range of P&C matters, including but not limited to employee relations, performance management, recruitment, and P&C policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with managers to address employee performance issues and provide guidance on performance improvement plans and disciplinary procedures.
- Assist in recruitment activities, including job posting and facilitating the onboarding process for new hires.
- Maintain accurate employee records and P&C databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality at all times.
- Support the P&C Manager in the implementation of P&C initiatives, projects, and programs aimed at enhancing employee engagement and retention.
- Stay updated on relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate risks for the company.
**Qualifications**:
- Qualified to CIPD level 3 or above
- Proven experience as an HR / P&C Advisor or similar HR / P&C role, with a strong understanding of HR / P&C best practices and employment law.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organisation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time management skills.
