We have exciting opportunities atAffinity Children’s Care Ltd to work as a Residential Childcare Support Worker, working with young people between the ages of 8 -18.

**About Us**

Affinity Children’s Care is a family run residential childcare providers, both offer a variety of residential placements to young people between the ages of 8 - 18 and who may display emotional and challenging behaviours. The young people placed within our services have often experienced significant adversity and trauma in their young lives and may no longer able to reside within their familial / foster home.

Our aim is to create a safe and sustainable nurturing environment for our young people and a developmental and rewarding workplace for our care team. We ensure our team(s) adhere to Ofsted standards and guidelines referencing the Children’s Act and Children’s Care Standards, Ofsted is the looked after children’s regulatory body.

You may be completing your Level 3 /4 diploma in Children and Young People or have experience in childcare or youth setting at a Residential Childcare worker level and an understanding of the challenges young people and carers face within a residential care setting.

A Full UK driving licence is required.

**Job Type**: Zero hours contract

Pay: £12.82 per hour

- Residential Childcare: 1 year (preferred)

**Licence/Certification**:

- Diploma level 3/4 Children and Young People (preferred)
- Driving Licence (required)

- NVQ Level 3/4 Children's Workforce/Residential (preferred)
