**Summary**
We are looking for an Apprenticeship Administrator to join our Head Office Central Team and be part of a leading education charity where your work will have a real impact.

As part of the growing Apprenticeship Team, you will work closely with the Apprenticeship Manager to expand the apprenticeship provision for staff across Harris Federation by engaging with our academy leadership teams and Head Office departments. You will be involved in maintaining accurate records, promoting apprenticeship programmes, and supporting our learners throughout their apprenticeship journey.

Apprenticeships is part of the wider Talent Acquisition Team so you will be working alongside colleagues who specialise in recruitment, marketing, operations and you will have the opportunity to learn more about these areas if they are of interest to you. This is a new role within the organisation with lots of potential to make it your own, and to implement your ideas on how current processes can be improved.

You will predominantly be based at our Head Office in East Croydon, with hybrid working and flexible start and end times, and there will also be opportunities for you to work across our 55 academies across London.

We are interested in hearing from individuals with excellent communication and administrative skills who are confident with data entry and analysis tasks. We would be particularly keen to speak to people who also have experience working with apprenticeships systems and have basic design of online learning platforms. Our central team comprises a dedicated, driven group of departments working centrally to provide support across the Federation and all of our academies. Across a multitude of key departments, we maintain expertise all integral to supporting central and academies in areas such as Finance, HR, Data, Estates Management, Talent and many more.

**Main Areas of Responsibility** General Administration and Apprentice Support**
- Supporting Harris Federation as a main provider ensuring all data held on our apprentices both internal and external remains accurate and up to date.
- Preparing and updating PowerPoint presentations to promote Apprenticeship programmes.
- Organising and promoting any Apprenticeship events and information sessions across the Federation and at external venues alongside the apprenticeship manager.
- Organising and managing information days for prospective learners / students and support the recruitment to various Apprenticeship programmes
- Maintaining responsibility for monitoring and updating records on the DAS (Digital Apprenticeship Service) system and other data system trackers.
- Maintaining apprenticeship records, including the Apprenticeship Tracking system, producing reports to monitor enrolment, completion rates, and Levy usage
- Helping to maintain the PICSWEB system to declare our monthly ILRs (Individual learner records)
- Support Apprenticeships in the implementation, procurement, quality assurance and evaluation of the apprenticeship offer to support business objectives
- Data analysis and preparing regular reports on performance of various Apprenticeship programmes, achievement against agreed KPIs and programme objectives including the Harris Federation learners
- Creating and maintaining an up-to-date apprenticeship dashboard of current learners on their progress and completions
- Supporting the Apprenticeship Manager either on virtual or face to face promotional sessions
- Liaising with training providers, ensuring they share up to date reports, apprenticeship documentation and making sure they are OFSTED approved
- Facilitating meetings, taking, preparing minutes and records of the same chaired by the Apprenticeship Manager, support with briefings or presentations to be used at these settings
