BAM UK and Ireland is recruiting a Procurement Support Administrator. Working part time 2/3 days per week. This is a Fixed Term Contract until December 2024. The position will involve a mixture of working from home and working out of any UK & Ireland office location.

**Your mission**

As a Procurement Support Administrator you will be responsible for delivering a more strategic and integrated approach to the procurement of BAM's IT software and services. In this role, you bring synergy and leverage the scale and expertise within our business units. Your role is varied and dynamic. With your network and knowledge, you act as a trusted advisor and challenger for IT and the business. Your focus will be on IT procurement for our entities in the United Kingdom and Ireland.

In this new and challenging position, the focus is on the following activities:

- Collating all procurement data (contracts, etc.) throughout our business organisation related to IT products and services.
- Work with IT business Partners, Procurement and Contracts and the owners within our business.
- Analyse procurement data and spend across the BAM UK&I estate.
- Analyse and compare contracts both for content, IT functionality etc.
- Analyzing and comparing contracts (content, IT-functionality, etc.)
- Working to support the IT buyer in the supplier selection process.

As a highly energetic and detailed procurement administrator with IT knowledge and experience relating to Vendor Management activities. You will thrive on bring structure, organisation and efficiency to procurement and vendor management. - Knowledge of procurement processes (thinking and building).
- Analytical skills & understanding IT contracts.

- Demonstrable experience in a procurement or vendor management role.
