**Salary & hours**
£28,000 pro rata (full time equivalent)

15 hours per week, approx. 9am - 12pm - but this can be flexible.

The hours you work can be flexible once agreed with our Managing Director.

Remote working with some work-based trips throughout the year.

**About Encouraging Women into Franchising (EWiF)**

EWiF is a not-for-profit organisation designed to educate and support women to expand their business through franchising. We have a network of franchisors and franchise service suppliers who offer advice and guidance to women considering joining the franchise industry. EWiF holds quarterly meetings across 8 regions in the UK, each region has a designated Regional Chair who is responsible for organising and hosting the meetings in their region. Members of EWiF can attend these meetings for free to share ideas and best practice and invite women along who would like to find out more about franchising. We also hold an annual awards ceremony and an annual conference.

**About your role**

EWiF is a fun and friendly organisation that strives to make a difference and your role is the beating-heart of our operation. You will be the main point of contact for our members and look after all aspects of our administration.

Essential and other important responsibilities and duties may include but are not limited to the following:

- Monitor mailbox and respond within one working day
- Process new EWiF Ambassador requests
- Manage renewals and cancellations
- Add/remove members to the EWiF website
- Add news and blogs to the website
- Add regional events and meetings to EWiF website and Eventbrite
- Send mailshots
- Send invoices and chase late payments
- Ad hoc tasks throughout the year e.g. Assisting with annual awards and managing entries

**Who is most suited to this role?**
- Excellent communicator**:

- **you will have contact with a wide range of people - members, service providers, Regional Chairs, and the rest of the national EWiF team so good communication skills are essential.
- Highly organised with great attention to detail
- Proficient at using MS Office software such as: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Experience of WordPress/Divi Builder and Xero an advantage
- Experience in the franchise industry is ideal but not required.

Reports to the Managing Director

Part-time hours: 15 per week

**Salary**: £15.00 per hour
