**Your new company**
We have a very exciting opportunity for an experienced recruiter to join a meaningful and exciting organisation as a regional recruitment lead.
This is a brand new and standalone role so there is the chance to make it your own You will support the Regional HR Business Partner and lead the Recruitment function, working in partnership with senior colleagues and the business to deliver efficient cost-effectiveand efficient Recruitment.
**Your new role**
Your key responsibilities
You will take a lead in recruiting top talent
You will monitor and improve the current recruitment methods and channels, reporting on successes when finding them
Ensure cost effective recruitment
Working with the EDI team to ensure recruitment is diverse and tap into unidentified talent pools
You will be an expert in all things recruitment and recruitment law

Be able to work on your initiative
Happy to role you sleeve up and get on with what needs to be done
**What you'll get in return**
Flexible working options available, hybrid working and a yearly salary of c£39,000.
