Residential Administrator/sales Support

Symonds & Sampson are looking for a full-time administrator/sales support to join our Residential department in Bridport. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and enthusiastic 'people person' to join a friendly, knowledgeable team, frequently commended for the excellent service they provide. Full training will be given, with the opportunity to enrol in qualifications and progress your career in property. Customer-facing experience and familiarity with IT systems are essential.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Maintaining good relations with vendors and purchasers
- Diary management
- Carrying out property viewings
- Preparing paperwork
- Database entry and management
- General office administration
**KEY SKILLS**
- Computer skills
- A good eye for detail
- Reliable, organised and conscientious
- Full driving license with access to a vehicle for occasional property visits and viewings
**EXPERIENCE**
- Experience in residential sales is helpful but not essential.
- Experience in a customer-facing role essential
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and databases
**IN RETURN**
- Salary - dependent on experience
- Holiday - starting 28 days per annum (pro rata) including bank holidays and increasing with long service
- Hours - 8.45am to 5.30pm weekdays, 1 in 3 Saturday mornings 9am to 1pm.
- Pension - A work-based pension scheme
**THE OFFICE**:
- The Bridport Office lies in South Street, close to the heart of the town. It is home to Residential Sales, Lettings, Agricultural & Professional departments.
