**Job Summary**:
Join our dynamic team as a Modular Technical Sales Support specialist and play a vital role in supporting our Modular sales by providing technical expertise and assistance to our clients. You will work closely with customers to understand their requirements, recommend Modular solutions, and ensure seamless sales and project delivery.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Assessment of Customer Requirements**:

- Conduct thorough assessments of customer needs and project specifications to assist customers in determining the most suitable solutions from our Modular product line.

**Quotation and Sales Management**:

- Utilise sales tools and software to generate accurate and competitive quotations based on customer requirements.
- Ensure timely submission of quotations and follow up as necessary to address any enquiries or modifications.
- Actively encourage and make sales by building excellent customer rapport and relationships.

**Customer Relationship Management**:

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster trust and loyalty.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing enquiries, providing quotations, handling sales and updates on orders, and offering assistance throughout the sales process.

**Timely Product Distribution**:

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the timely distribution of products to customers.
- Monitor order status and proactively address any issues or delays to ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to delivery schedules.

**Delivery Coordination**:

- Facilitate the coordination of deliveries as needed, working closely with logistics team and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient and seamless transportation of products to customer sites.
- Provide support in resolving any delivery-related issues or challenges.

**Customer Support**:

- Provide ongoing support to customers post-sale, addressing any concerns, technical enquiries, or service requests promptly and professionally.
- Serve as a resource for customers, offering guidance and assistance to optimise their experience with our products.

**Excellent Customer Service**:

- Uphold the company's commitment to excellence in customer service by consistently delivering high-quality support and assistance.
- Strive to exceed customer expectations and contribute to overall customer satisfaction and retention efforts.
- Obtain customer feedback and review with the team to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.

**Representing the Company**:

- Attend customer meetings and industry exhibitions and events as necessary, representing the company and actively engaging with existing and potential customers to promote Modular sales.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience in technical sales support or a similar customer-facing role, preferably within the solar energy or renewable energy industry.
- Strong understanding of solar energy technologies and products, with specific knowledge of solar mounting systems preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
- Proficiency in sales tools and software for quotation generation and customer relationship management.
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs and challenges.
- Commitment to providing outstanding customer service and a passion for promoting solar solutions.
- A valid UK driver’s license and your own vehicle, suitable and insured to use for work if required
