**Role Overview**
This Sales Ledger Administrator will join our Credit Control team in Brighton. It is an excellent opportunity to gain further experience in a busy operational finance team, in a organisation with a real sense of purpose.
You'll be responsible for ensuring that the debtor accounts (accounts receivable) are showing accurate and up to date balances, and that invoices that are not paid are clearly identified.
**What you’ll do**:
- Manage a portfolio of sales ledger accounts
- Reconciliation of accounts and statements
- Processing insurance premium payments
- Maintaining Bupa customer account balances
- Liaising with customers to agree balances due
- Resolve queries to ensure balances can be paid
- Review process to reduce debtor volumes
- Partner with other teams across Bupa
**What you’ll bring**:
- Sales Ledger experience would be an advantage but other experience in Finance would be welcomed
- Highly numerate, ability to manage financial data
- Experience with detailed allocations and account reconciliation
- Attention to detail
- Customer-focused mindset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
