Job title: Sales Administrator
Work location: Brighton, BN14JY
Minimum salary: £ 20,960 per annum for 37.5 hours a week
Duties: generating client leads, increasing number of customers, dealing with clients’
queries, taking and processing customer orders and payments, preparing sales
documentation (e.g. invoices, letters, reports), maintaining client records, providing
after-sales support, preparing and posting sales advertisements/ property particulars,
other general office duties where required
Skills, experience and qualification required:
Skills - good verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese (part of our client base is Vietnamese), competent in using computers, associated
databases, and programmes and being familiar with online and social media
marketing.
Experience - 6-12 months’ experience of working in sales administration.
Qualification - Bachelor Degree in marketing/accounting/management/associated
field
