**Job Summary**:Caterpillar has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Product Consultant to join the Mini Excavator and Small Track Type Tractor team in EAME, where you will contribute to enhanced Cat, Dealer, and customer success to grow Percent of Industry Sales (PINS) through conducting product performance studies, running product deep dives with key dealers and territories, collecting product and customer requirements to capitalize on opportunities to drive incremental sales and profitability.

**What You Will Do**:

- Gathering and communicating voice of customer (VOC), voice of the dealer, development of Critical Customer Requirements (CCR), marketplace and competitive activity to the Caterpillar team to further product development and in development of new solutions.
- Articulate how our solutions help solve customer’s safety, productivity, and profitability challenges and how they compare to other OEM and 3rd party competitors.
- Providing product assistance and guidance both internally and to our dealers to support sales efforts.
- Run dealer product workshops focused on Tracks product with key dealers in the territory.
- Support in delivering both virtual and in-person events such as training, press events, and trade shows, as well as collaborating closely with the Customer & Training Centre team.
- Support promotional launches for new products and features in-territory.

**What You Have**:
Customer Focus: Extensive and progressive experience with dealer or customer engagement. Ability to influence and lead others in the work group, dealer network and customers. Anticipates customer needs, focusing efforts to proactively meet needs and exceed customer expectations.

Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Strong entrepreneurship and execution skills, experience in creating new business strategies. Ability to think critically to make productive decisions based on informed judgement. Demonstrated ability to organize actionable plans.

Relationship Management: Collaborates well with others, builds, and improves trusting relationships. Strong communication, presentation, and training skills. Basic project management skills used for initiating, developing, and delivering programs to market.

Technical Excellence: Ability to analyze data, draw conclusions, and recommend next steps. Excellent analytical skills, shows curiosity and eager to learn.
- College or university degree
- Ability to drive efficiency into work processes and procedures.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders with varying needs.
- Demonstrated skills in influencing to persuade others regarding new customer focus strategies, innovative business models and expanded distribution methods.
- Problem solving skills.
