We are on the look-out for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our Employee Benefits team in our Chichester office as an Employee Benefits Administrator. This part of our successful business is responsible for advising corporate clients on all aspects of the insured benefits relating to Group Income Protection, Group Life Assurance and Critical Illness, and is a fantastic opportunity to kick start your career with a world leading professional services company.
Please note that if successful, you will be working from our Chichester office and can work on a hybrid pattern spending 2 days working from home and 3 in the office.

**We will count on you to**:
- Support the consulting team in gathering, organising, entering and analysing data to be used for various client projects
- provide technical support to clients and colleagues
- Communicate with clients, colleagues and providers
- Partner with internal/ external stakeholders to achieve the best service for the client
- Handle client and member queries (verbal and written)
- Develop and maintain appropriate technical and market knowledge
- Attend client meetings as required
- Manage client relationships to support retention & growth
**What you need to have**:
- Either a degree OR 1+ years’ experience in a professional office environment
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work with numbers
- Excellent planning and organisation skills with the ability to work to deadlines
- Ability to work on own and as a team player, establishing good rapport with clients and colleagues
**What makes you stand out?**
- These skills are NOT essential_
- Experience in either Group Risk (Group Income Protection, Group Life Assurance and Critical Illness) or a background in Healthcare
- Insurance related experience
- Industry recognised qualifications
