**Overview**

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Data Coordinator to join the Coca-Cola team at EssenceMediacom.

**About the role/Team**

This Data Coordinator role will support our global Data and Technology Operations leads to drive data cleanliness and tool adoption across the E2E media tech stack for one of EssenceMediacom’s biggest clients, The Coca-Cola Company (TCCC). The role will play a crucial role in responding to regional support needs while maintaining interconnected database and reporting systems, identifying, and communicating issues to both global stakeholders and end users.

**Objectives of the Role**

The primary goal of the Data Coordinator is to provide continuous visibility into the usage and cleanliness of media operations utilizing TCCC’s media tech stack. This role will work closely with Data and Technology Operations leads (Sr. Director and Director) to align on day-to-day support requirements, including recurring progress reports, system audits, and database updates.

The Data Coordinator will also support project management of data governance and analytics initiatives on an ad-hoc basis per client demands and priorities, including implementing system updates and cleansing data inputs. In this work, the role will require independent organization and a strong attention to detail.

**Key Areas of Responsibility and Accountability**

**1. Strategic and Leadership Skills**
- Work collaboratively with EssenceMediacom global departments e.g., Global Data Management, technology, and analytics, to deliver clean reporting and reliable maintenance of media tools.
- Serve as global point of contact for recurring workflows and deliverables in support of global E2E tech stack.
- Develop a strong knowledge of media landscape and client data priorities as related to business goals.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and highlight successes in tool adoption; regularly asks “is there a better way to do this?”
- Proactive self-starter who demonstrates initiative and is willing to learn and progress.

**2. Client Account Management**
- Demonstrate an ability to build and maintain good working relationships with global media and regional media teams to drive strong team collaboration.

**Operating and Technical Requirements**
- Run audits and implement bulk data cleansing processes for global media planning tool (Lumina)
- Strong experience with database management and Microsoft Excel formulas, pivots, and/or automations to identify data mapping issues.
- SQL and VBA knowledge is a plus
- Strong attention to detail regarding data entry and maintenance
- Experience in media, marketing, reporting or data governance.
- Confident in learning new technologies and experimenting with automation.
- Understanding of media data ecosystem and related tools (e.g., SaaS media tools) is not required, but beneficial.

**4. People/Team Management**
- Strong communication skills to effectively detail issues and appropriate delivery timelines with global team leads.
- Develop trusted relationships with key collaborators across global and regional support workstreams.
