We are currently searching for an HR/Office Coordinator in our HR department situated near White City, West London.

Summary:

We are looking for an efficient HR/Office Coordinator to undertake various HR and office administrative duties. You will facilitate daily HR functions like keeping track of employees' records and supporting the interview process. Your role includes some Front of House duties,
but mainly involves performing tasks with a focus to grow our company's talent pipeline.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the HR Inbox to ensure queries are quickly resolved.
  • Prepare/coordinating onboarding & offboarding documentation and assets.
  • Prepare HR documentation.
  • Responsible for HR system entries/changes.
  • Assist line managers in performance management procedures.
  • Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events etc.
  • Audit employee files, including separating term files.
  • Produce and submit HR reports.
  • Assist in adhoc HR projects.
  • Support other departments as required.
  • Hybrid working minimum 3 days in office.
  • Serve as back up for front desk reception: receiving deliveries, greeting team etc.

Qualifications / Skills:

  • Educated to A 'level standard and/or equivalent experience.
  • Having or working towards a CIPD certification is an advantage.
  • 1+ years' experience as an HR coordinator or relevant human resources/office
administrative position.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices.
  • Strong ability in using MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
  • Experience with HR databases and HRIS systems (e.g., BambooHR).
  • Ability to work with ATS software.
  • Indepth understanding of sourcing tools, like resume databases and online communities
  • Familiarity with social media recruiting.
  • Ability to handle data with confidentiality.
  • Willing and able to learn, understand, and grow with the business.
  • Teamoriented in a highly collaborative environment.
  • Able to execute tasks in a highpressure environment.
  • Good problemsolving skills and the ability to multitask and work effectively
under changing priorities and time constraints.
