Hours: _6__ hours per week part time

**Salary**: - £10.90 per hour plus 5.6 weeks paid annual leave pro rata.

Must have a clean driver licence and use of own vehicle.

The position would suit someone energetic and outgoing who is able to work with a young child who is Autistic.

He is very loving, loud and full of energy. He loves water play even if its skidding or paddling with feet. He enjoys TV and loves you tube videos that include music like folk, making food or people in supermarkets or chefs.

Music he likes Katy Perry roar and minion songs happy pharrell Williams or psy gangham style.

He loves the trampoline, the Park swings, baths swimming bouncing on big ball.

He **dislikes** shouting and busy places, kids crying or upset. He doesn’t like being told NO, so the family try distraction techniques. He can lash out when angry but is told this is not acceptable.

Like other children on the Autistic spectrum he loves flapping and jumping around and screams, but he is **none verbal** we are using symbols and signs to get him to tell us his feelings. He knows what he wants and will direct you to cupboard or fridge point to what he wants.

He will require some personal care.

Please note there is a 6 month probationary period attached to the post, as well as successful applicant will have to undergo an update of the PVG disclosure scheme ( at the employers cost ) and supply 2 up to date reference contacts
