Do you have experience in the Public Commissioning and Procurement sector?

Publica is looking for a Procurement Business Partner to join our dynamic team. You will have a pivotal role in overseeing the entire procurement process from start to finish leading the delivery of compliant and complex processes.

As a Procurement Business Partner, you will support a variety of procurement activities for our partner organisations and clients to ensuring that UK Public Sector procurement rules are followed. You will also be supporting the Procurement Team to prepare for the forthcoming changes to the procurement regulations.

You will manage and monitor the compliance and contract performance, assisting with the rationalising of spending goals of e-procurement to achieve optimal value, efficiency, and cost reduction.

This is a replacement role covering the Cotswolds, famous for quintessentially English market towns and villages built from honey-coloured stone. With a range of gently rolling hills and the largest area of outstanding natural beauty in England making it a perfect base for walking and cycling, you will have this right on your doorstep. **You will need**
- Experience of successfully leading on projects which has reflected in a positive change.
- Demonstrable ability in a procurement function involved in works, services and supplies covering a range of commodities.
- Degree level or equivalent
- You will hold MCIPS or you are currently studying towards it

**Special conditions**
- Ability to travel with use of a car
- BPSS

You will be employed by Publica Group Ltd which was created by four partner Councils (West Oxfordshire District Council, Cotswold District Council, Cheltenham Borough Council and Forest of Dean District Council) to deliver more efficient and improved services.
