Customer Service Administrator

We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service Specialist to join a small, dynamic Customer Service team based at a company in Lower Darwen.
The Role:
- Liaising with internal and external customers regarding pricing, product and delivery information both face to face and telephone.
- Preparation of quotations.
- Developing customer relationships.
- Clarification and progressing of orders.
- Supporting Area Sales Managers.
- Dealing with telephone enquiries and any customer complaints.
- Supporting the Sales Project Manager with the creation, maintenance and smooth running of project plans for our customers.
The Person:
- Previous Customer Service experience (Essential).
- A confident and affable telephone manner.
- Quick to assimilate information and ability to use initiative.
- Previous experience of projects planning and administration.
- Must be numerate and computer literate (Word, Excel).
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- A team player who is reliable, flexible, self-motivate and resourceful.
Working Hours - 8am - 5pm Monday to Thursday / 8am - 2.30pm Friday
