Helping Hands Home Care is a leading provider of home care services, dedicated to supporting individuals in their daily living activities. We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Paid Media Executive to join our team. As a Paid Media Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving both customers and carers to our business through various digital advertising platforms.

**This role is based in our Alcester office, with the flexibility to work from home one day per week.**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute effective paid media strategies on platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, and Indeed.
- Monitor and optimize paid media campaigns to ensure maximum return on investment (ROI).
- Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and campaign targeting to reach our target audience effectively.
- Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance using relevant metrics and data-driven insights.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to continually improve campaign performance.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align paid media efforts with overall marketing objectives.
- Identify opportunities for expansion and growth within the paid media landscape.
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all digital channels.
- Maintain a strong focus on lead generation and conversion, driving qualified traffic to our website and generating inquiries.
- Stay informed about competitors and market trends to proactively adjust strategies as needed.
- Contribute to the development of landing pages and other digital assets to optimise conversion rates.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience managing paid media campaigns, specifically in Google Ads. Microsoft Ads, Meta, and Indeed experience is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights and optimizations.
- Familiarity with digital marketing metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- A results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling ad copy and reports.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Ambitious and self-motivated, with a desire for professional growth.
- Familiarity with the home care industry is a plus.
