Location: Support Office (Alcester)

As a passionate and dedicated design-focused professional, you will serve as a guardian of the Helping Hands brand identity. This role primarily focuses on graphic design across marketing channels, requiring commercial expertise in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Canva.

You will be a natural communicator with a high profile across the whole of the business with a highly organised and energetic approach to your work.

Primary Responsibilities
- Build and maintain visual identity, ensuring brand consistency across all communication channels.
- Create print-ready artwork using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva for all company design requirements.
- Proofread final artwork and prepare it for print, ensuring accuracy and high-quality standards.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies in new media and design software.
- Work with a wide range of media formats and platforms.
- Generate new ideas consistently to drive creativity for the brand.
- Manage both regular and ad hoc design projects promptly to support various departments.

- Possess excellent communication abilities to collaborate effectively across multiple departments.
- Be proactive, thrive in fast-paced environments, and enjoy working with speed.
- Exhibit a team player mentality with a can-do attitude.
- Display great attention to detail.
- Be a self-starter who can work independently, follow instructions, and meet specific requirements and deadlines, while also being comfortable generating creative ideas.
- Have a commercial outlook, being quick to learn and open to team support.
- Show resilience in managing changing workloads.

Competencies
- Excellent proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience with Canva.
- Proven track record of designing effective online and offline marketing campaigns.
- Experience working with WordPress (knowledge of HTML and CSS would be advantageous).
- Photography experience.
- Strong ability to plan and prioritize daily responsibilities to meet department and business needs.
- Proficient project management skills.
- Good understanding of current marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects and stakeholders at different levels within the business.
- Demonstrable portfolio showcasing 2-3 or more years of relevant experience.
