Location - office based

Our rural office is situated in a charming market town near Stratford-upon-Avon, surrounded by picturesque landscapes and beautiful rural ambiance.

Salary negotiable and dependent on experience.

Your profile:

- Architectural technology qualifications
- Preferably, experience in the residential architecture industry
- Proficiency in producing high-quality architectural drawings and details
- Strong communication skills, practical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
- Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail
- Passion for sustainability and design
- Ability to interpret and comprehend engineering drawings
- Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Team player with a collaborative mindset
- Expertise in AutoCAD required; proficiency in SketchUp, Adobe suite, and graphical skills are advantageous
- Fluency in English

Key responsibilities:

- Design/technical expertise: Deliver high-quality technical drawings of residential projects, civil details; AutoCAD experience essential
- Project management: Prioritize tasks effectively to maintain a high volume of quality output.
- Team management: Foster collaborative relationships and support within the team.
- Communication: Ensure effective communication to meet project deliverables.

**Salary**: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
