**We will give you**:
**Salary**:£10.42 per hour

**Flexible Hours**:Zero Hour Contract
- 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays FTE, accruing an additional day for each year of service up to 30 days

**Your qualifications and experience**:

- Level 2/3 childcare qualification or relevant experience and willingness to train
- Experience in providing high-quality childcare for children aged 4 months - 5 years.
- An understanding of the developmental needs of children
- Able to connect with children, co-workers and parents alike; provide stimulating indoor and outdoor activities; complete daily observations on the children in your care; and plan their next developmental steps in line with EYFS.
- Just like us. Passionate about helping children grow to the best of their ability and having a whale of a time doing so
- Basic knowledge of health and safety
- Knowledge and understanding of safeguarding good practice
- Paediatric First Aid qualification or willingness to train

**About us**:
We are looking for an extra special EYP to join our friendly, busy team at our YMCA Nursery Fairthorne Manor. Located on the outskirts of Botley, the nursery is based in a former manor house, and set in 94 acres of stunning parkland and woodland. The nursery offers a unique environment for children to explore, grow and bloom through providing exciting, child-led, play-based activities and utilising the outdoors wherever possible.
