**About The Role**:

Practice Plus Group are recruiting to the newly created post of Post Offer Administrator into our established, inclusive and welcoming Secondary Care Team currently based in Reading town centre but soon to be Theale. This new role has been created due to the growth and planned expansion of Practice Plus Group, which runs a number of private hospitals and surgical centres across the country offering diagnostics and elective treatment to both NHS and private patients.
This position is a Fixed Term Contract for 18 Months working in a hybrid capacity. Occasional travel will be required to Practice Plus Group services across England.
**What you'll be doing**:
In this role you will provide general Post Offer administrative support within a defined service line and to the wider Health Care division in accordance with business requirements, to include ensuring pre-employment checks are completed in accordance with regulations.
You will provide support for the full pre-employment process, from generating employment offers and contracts to ensuring their HR compliancy in accordance with Practice Plus Group Policies and NHS Employment Check Standards.

**What we’ll look for in you**:
- Experience working in an office based administrative department
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Experience working to short term deadlines on a regular basis
- Understanding of the confidentiality requirements of working in a HR team
- Good IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
