We're looking for a passionate, commercially minded and results oriented individual with a strong analytical mindset, who is adept at hands-on data manipulation, to help us make the most of available channel data.

**How you will make contributions that matter...**
- Management of SDUK Brandbank product content library. Champion best practice content creation & processes, own the day-to-day agency relationship & issue resolution, coordinate & negotiate cross-category contract renewals.
- Management of eCommerce Digital Shelf Analytics agency partner. Be the platform expert, proactively pulling insights, developing scorecards & sizing opportunities. Act as day-to-day point of contact; monitor & encourage usage ensuring training needs aremet, prioritise client service focus, manage quarterly reviews & lead contract renewals.
- Own the development, delivery & evaluation of tailored media plans, aligning internal & external stakeholders throughout.
- Shared management of Amazon Vendor Services (AVS) implant to agree focus areas, weekly action list & improve Amazon Item Data Quality (IDQ) scores.
- Ad hoc support of wider eCommerce customers as required, including performance analytics, media management and support of customer meetings.
- Support the eCommerce Controller & broader eCommerce team in shaping SDUK eCommerce strategy, ensuring it remains fit for purpose in the dynamically changing eCommerce landscape.

**You are best suited for the role if you**
- Degree level education or equivalent marketing/ business qualification.
- Demonstrable experience of third party eCommerce within either a leading FMCG business, eCommerce analytics agency or working directly for a UK retailer.
- Experience developing eCommerce marketing approaches for leading brands or retailers & evaluating performance.
- Desirable: Experience in owning/managing eCommerce product content & merchandising.
- Experience using & interpreting syndicated market data (e.g. IRI, Kantar & Mintel, Dunhummby desirable). Ideally experience using & interpreting digital shelf analytics data.
- Experienced & effective at educating, influencing and constructively challenging internal & customer stakeholders. Comfortable presenting to all levels, with the ability to inspire & motivate action in a matrixed and virtual environment.
- Flexible & responsive approach. Aptitude to learn fast, absorb and integrate new facts and methodologies into normal operating process. Unafraid to try new things, take chances & learn from failures.
- A natural curiosity and external orientation, keeping one eye on evolving channel trends and adapting course as required.
