**About us**

Homes Together offers residential care to young adults with varying needs who require full-time care and support.

We are currently looking for Full Time Support Workers to work at our care home in Ripon.

**Your main responsibilities will include**:

- Assisting service users with all areas care and support which includes personal care
- Preparing meals and baking with service users
- Supporting service users on outings, social events and in the community
- Assisting with the day to day running of the home and domestic tasks

**Requirements or Skills**:

- Compassionate and enjoys interacting with people
- Warm and friendly disposition
- Positive attitude
- Genuine passion for providing care and support

**Benefits**:

- Minimum of £10.60/ph
- Additional £2/ph paid for weekend hours
- Double pay of TOIL for hours worked on bank holidays
- Typical shifts between 7.30am-10.00pm, Mon-Sun, working over 5 days a week
- Variety of shifts available

- Fully funded diploma in Health & Social Care training

**Salary**: £10.60-£12.80 per hour
