Ellershaw House residential home, based in the beautiful rural outskirts of Ripon, are seeking support workers to join their team.

Based on a farm with fourteen acres of land, Ellershaw House is a home for ten to twelve adults with learning disabilities.

This is a unique role where you will be fully immersed into the friendly family-like atmosphere.

Your duties will be varied, involving aspects of personal care and support with daily living.


Do you have a passion, hobby or skill that you could share with the residents? Many of the team here bring their hobbies to work and get everyone involved.

The possibilities are endless as residents here enjoy gardening, arts, music, horse riding and more


Do you love animals? They have horses You will not be required to look after the animals, but a general love for them will come in handy.

"COVID19 safety is important to us all, we support our staff and the people we support to stay safe by wearing appropriate PPE, including masks, aprons and gloves. All care and support is carried out following the latest Government guidance. Our aim is to keep you and the people we support safe".
