Citizens Advice South East Staffordshire (CASES) has been part of our community for over 50 years. We are a growing organisation delivering support for financial literacy and helping people to return to work as well as delivering the traditional free and confidential advice and support which is so valued by residents of Lichfield District.

This is an exciting opportunity for the right person to make their mark in a new post which combines recruiting, training and working with volunteers with ensuring that our clients experience the best possible advice services which CASES has long had a reputation for delivering. Ensuring good quality advice is delivered by all personnel is a given.

To be successful in this role you will have at least 2 years’ experience of advice services with a knowledge of Citizens Advice processes and requirements. You will have a passion for helping people to deliver the best service that they can in order to improve the lives of their clients.
