We are looking for a Quality and Accreditation Coordinator to join us here in the HLS Registry team where we work hand-in-hand with our academic colleagues and stakeholders, including our students to ensure we deliver our exciting curriculum to highest possible standards.

We are looking for energetic, enthusiastic professionals with a passion for accuracy and a commitment to excellent service. You will be working in a fast-paced department where you will be expected to become an expert on relevant University policies, procedures and regulations.

**You will need to be**
- **An experienced professional administrator**.** You will be used to managing complex processes and organising and prioritising your own work to ensure the best outcome whilst also paying attention to key details.
- **A team player and clear communicator**:You are able to engage with a range of stakeholders including academics, senior members of the Faculty and University as well as senior colleagues from professional regulatory bodies and other Universities. Your role will be to ensure that the quality of the Faculty’s portfolio of courses is maintained and improved where you will comfortable providing expert advice about University processes. Occasionally you will act as the lead on these key activities and at other times being part of the bigger the team.
- **Customer-focused**: Your customers will range from students through to Faculty leadership and you will therefore be able to adapt your customer service style effectively given the nature of the enquiry to meet the customer’s needs whilst also being mindful of the rich cultural diversity of the University.
- **Tech ‘savvy’**: You will be a confident user of MS Office suite, being able to prepare and present reports, briefings and give presentations as well as deliver training. You understand the need to maintain accurate records and protect the integrity of the data we hold.

You will be able to demonstrate you meet these attributes through your transferrable skills or through experience gained by working in regulated sectors.
