An exciting opportunity has arisen for a permanent Contract Administrator to join our team in based in Northampton. You will play a key role in supporting the local management team and operational staff to deliver a high-quality service across the region.

**Are you who we are looking for?**
- Assist with the smooth running of the office by performing a range of tasks including answering the phone, dealing with post, updating site notice boards and accurate record keeping.
- Proven track record in a busy admin role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Packages, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Help to arrange meetings, organise catering and take minutes as required.
- Assist managers with the recruitment of operative staff and issuing contracts of employment/ seasonal contracts/ terminations.
- Liaise with HR and Payroll to ensure that they are kept informed of all staff changes (recruits, salary changes, promotion, leaving dates) and training and development.
- Record the issue of protective clothing and uniform to employees.
- Consolidate timesheets for approval by the Contract Manager/Operations Director and enter monthly timesheet data.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with a diverse range of people.
