We have an exciting opportunity for an Admissions Tutor as part of the Learning and Development Team for Lived Experience (under the Wellbeing & Recovery College) and throughout MPFT.
The key part of this role is using your administration skills to support the Learning and Development Team. This may include sending out invites, maintaining the mailbox and bookings of HEE training. You will be required to book meetings, training sessions and engage with the lived experience workforce.
You will also be part of supporting the learning and development team building networking for our lived experience workers which may include contributing to the building of content for team’s channels and social media. You will be required to co-produce resources including posters, newsletters and promotional materials.
We are seeking someone who has impeccable Organisational and interpersonal skills, that is able to communicate and model a recovery focused way of working with the people who use our services, carers/family, the lived experience workforce, public and staff at all levels of our organisation and beyond..
A part of this role will involve engaging with peer support workers so it is desirable you understand the role. An experience of using zoom and teams.

1. Effective communication and liaison with trainers, including negotiating course pack production and delivery.
2. To be clear of work priorities in accordance with the learning and development lead
3. To be working closely with and providing regular feedback to the learning and development lead
4. Use IT systems and databases effectively and efficiently in order to document and report on all relevant information
5. To be actively involved with the planning, development and implementation of new administration initiatives, policies and procedural changes and processes.
6. Enrolling students, organising and conducting Individual Learning Plans with empathy and the high level of interpersonal skill required.
7. Planning and organising day-to-day tasks along side the team.
8. To take a lead on the use of social media to promote learning and development opportunities
9. To update information and training details on the intranet
10. Supporting the development and maintenance of the college database for day-to-day running of the college.
11. Ensuring information required for day-to-day operations is up to date and organised within information systems.
12. Respond to calls and enquiries in a welcoming and professional manner.
13. Building relationships to support the team with empathy and excellent interpersonal skills.
14. Assisting with the distribution of the prospectus with direction from the WRC Co-ordinator.
15. Actively promoting learning and development with all stakeholder groups.
16. Supporting volunteer staff in their day-to-day administration tasks.
17. Assist with the production of regular and accurate workforce reports according to organisational and divisional need.
18. Liaison with evaluators/researchers and actively support and contribute to relevant evaluative/research programmes with agreement from the learning and development lead.
