We are currently working alongside a long standing client of Si Recruitment who is looking to appoint a highly organised and detail orientated Administrator to join their established team on a part-time basis (25 hours per week).
Reporting to the Site Manager, you will be responsible for conducting day to day administrative tasks to support the business which will include the following:
- Purchasing ordering
- Providing administrative support for the operations team
- Managing external contractor induction and issuing security passes
- Reception and helpdesk cover
- Implementing new systems and processing
- Waste data transfer, creating job sheets for the janitorial team
- Data Input
- Monthly Payroll, invoicing and re-charges
- Ordering of office supplies
- Checking PPE on a monthly basis and replenishing when needed
- Covering reception during busy periods/periods of absence
- Managing onsite training data
Skill requirements:
- Work in an organised manner, problem solving within the scope of the position
- Identify, evaluate, solve problems, and correct errors, and to develop processes
- Communicate effectively in person, on telephone and by electronic means
- Effective use Microsoft Software, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
