To succeed, you’ll need to develop great relationships with your colleagues and, of course, every customer you speak to and support a team in a fast-paced and constantly changing sales environment. You’ve got a sharp commercial mind as well as plenty of customer service experience.

**Role requirements & Responsibilities**:

- The role is office based and will involve regular contact with customers.
- You will identify and self-generate new opportunities within the property sector with a variety of business types and sizes.
- You enjoy demonstrating value, excellent product lines and building long lasting relationships - Understanding these are the key to success.
- You are always responsive and offer a pre-emptive approach with customers and work with the team to develop solutions.
- Product training will be provided.

- Base knowledge of underwriting
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent telephone manner and people skills
- You will be able to identify needs and requirements to promote Residentsline solutions to achieve mutual satisfaction and increase turnover
