The Recruitment, Communications and Marketing Directorate lead the delivery and continuing development of widening access, student recruitment, admissions, marketing and communications to support the University's strategic positioning, advance the institutional profile and reputation, and enable the University to meet its student recruitment objectives.

We’re looking for an experienced administrative professional to manage our expanding Business Services function. Business Services provide day to day administrative processes in support of the Recruitment, Communications and Marketing directorate. This includes support to Directors and senior leadership, HR and finance processes, directorate wide communications and staff development, events and committee servicing. The team is expanding to deliver a directorate wide student workforce programme.

You will need exceptional communication and organisational skills, with a track record of process development and implementation. Strong people management skills is essential, along with the ability to work collaboratively with a wide range colleagues and stakeholders at all levels. Some knowledge of student casual employment processes would be advantageous.
