**Main duties, tasks & skills required**:
To schedule patients into clinics and for surgical dates using the criteria set out by the Trust and the

clinical speciality, identifying capacity shortfalls.

Ensure patients are added to the waiting list via OPTIMS.

Ensure patients are added to the waiting list via OPTIMS

Ensuring accurate maintenance of waiting lists on Oceano and other systems in line with 18wk RTT

Booking of theatre lists in liaison with consultant and theatres, ensuring necessary kit, grafts and

documentation are organised

Processing patient appointment and admission attendance using a variety of hospital information

systems.
