**We are looking for someone passionate about customer service to join our business with a desire to deliver customer service excellence. You will be part of the sales office team analysing and processing customers purchase orders, serving customers on the trade counter when required and helping the branch in growing and developing new and lapsed customer accounts.**
- **We are looking for**:_
- Accurate inputting and analysing of customers purchase orders;
- Exceptional standard of customer service;
- Excellent face to face and telephone people skills;
- Excellent and proficient administration skills;
- Ability to give up to date and knowledgeable product advice (product training provided)
- Knowledge of building trade - preferred but not essential
- Knowledge of Microsoft office.

**_Working hours are 42 hours per week (paid for 43 to cover the Saturday rota). Mon-Thu 0730-1700 Fri 0730-1630. 1 in 4 Saturday rota 0800-1200._**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to £24,663.00 per year
