A well-respected, leading educational establishment is looking for a Senior Clerical officer on a six-month, full-time contract to join its Communication and Marketing department. This is a dynamic, fun team where you will be providing marketing and administration support for a wide range of marketing projects and initiatives aimed to raise awareness of the organisation - no two days will be the same

As a Marketing Administrator you will be:

- Providing a range of administrative support to the marketing team which will include, making travel arrangements, organising rotas, typing letters and reports, maintaining files, updating systems and spreadsheets, organising meetings, agendas and taking minutes
- Uploading and naming content to the asset library
- Supporting digital accessibility of content
- Attending events

We are keen to see your CV if you have the following:

- Ideally educated to degree standard (or equivalent) with previous experience in a similar role
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft office
- Previous experience of organising meetings and minute taking
- Ability to use Canva and event marketing systems would be desirable
- Strong communication skills
- The ability to speak Welsh fluently both written and verbal
- Able to travel to different sites and occasionally stay overnight for events

This is a full-time Monday - Friday, temporary role for a period of six months offering a salary of £24,285 per annum (pro rata) based in Bangor, Gwynedd.
